The report highlights activities and significant achievements made in achieving improved health outcomes and reducing antimicrobial resistance.
The program was created in April 2013, with a mission to ensure our patients and residents receive timely, effective and safe antimicrobial therapy. Thank you to our partners who have worked with us to promote responsible antimicrobial use.
