How are medical staff engaging?
Medical staff with privileges at PHC facilities –physicians, nurse practitioners, midwives and dentists – are invited to participate in a variety of ways.
Leading Engagement at PHC
At PHC, Facility Engagement funding and activities are managed by the Providence Health Care Physicians and Surgeons Society (PHC PASS), a non-profit association that operates under direction from our Medical Staff Association – the elected body of the medical staff.
PHC-PASS and our MSA work hand-in-hand to plan engagement activities that align with priorities set out by members.

Engagement funding supports medical staff activities, events, and projects, physician leader roles, and medical staff advisors in four Strategic Pillars.
