CLEAR LEADERSHIP PHC (seats available)
April 17 & 18, and May 15 & 16, 2019 (08:30AM – 16:30PM, Coquihalla Room, 2nd floor, 1190 Hornby St.)
This program develops leaders who will have the skill to prevent problem patterns from occurring. It will also transform those problem patterns that have already been created into strengthened relationships that can withstand future challenges.
This 4-day workshop will start from April 17. Leaders will be provided with skills to handle the tough issues that block collaboration & accountability.
- The skills required to sustain partnership and collaboration
- The skills required for leading learning in the midst of performing
- The skills of self-differentiation
