Email Signature for PASS

Cut and paste the following into your e-mail signature settings.

HOW TO ADD TO YOUR EMAIL

 Note: there will be variations to add an email signature, depending on your system. Some systems require you to INSERT the logo, others require you to CUT and PASTE it from this web page.

Right click the PASS logo to download it to your desktop.

If you use G-mail

  • Open your G-mail window
  • Click on the ‘gear’ icon on top right (Settings)  Looks like this: 
  • Scroll down about 3/4 of page to E-mail Signature
  • Cut and paste the information above into the signature window.
  • Customize with your name and PASS title as you see fit.
  • Change the font to ‘Sans Serif’
  • Click ‘Save Settings’

If you use Outlook Desktop:

  • Open Outlook on your desktop.
  • Go to the very top  menu and select New E-mail Message >
  •  Scroll across top right and open Edit Signature> Select “Standard > Edit.”
  • Cut and paste the information above into the signature window.
  • Customize with your name and PASS title as you see fit.
  • In some systems, you may need to INSERT the PASS logo. In which case, download it above to your desktop.
  • Change the font to ‘Calibri’
  • Click ‘Save’

If you use Outlook Live (cloud)

  • Open your browser /Outlook
  • Go over to Settings on the  verytop right (the little gear).  View “All Settings”
  • Choose “Compose and Reply”
  • Cut and paste the information above into the signature window.
  • Customize with your name and PASS title as you see fit.
  • Change the font to ‘Calibri’
  • Click “Add to all E-mails I compose”
  • Click ‘Save’
