Engagement Roadshow: Coming to your Department/Division

Your colleagues from PHC-PASS and the Engagement Working Group will present to Depts/Divisions over the next 8 weeks, culminating in a late November Townhall consultation with medical staff. We’ll review how engagement has improved the medical staff voice at Providence over the past 5 years, and give medical staff a renewed opportunity to collectively:

  • reflect and weigh in on engagement priorities and spending going forward, and
  • think about how we can sustainably support those priorities.
