DESCRIPTION:The Wellness and Psychological Health & Safety team have updated the Psychological Health & Safety (PHS) for Leaders Workshop\, as PHC gets ready for new WorkSafe BC Regulations relating to PHS coming later in 2026 (date TBC). This training also helps us to continually align to the CSA National Standard of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. \n  \nFurthermore\, leaders play a key role to create and foster a work environment that is psychologically safe.
