Mindfulness Sessions with Dr. Rahul Gupta- Wednesday’s, 5:30-6:30PM

Dr. Rahul Gupta is offering mindfulness Zoom Workshops every Tuesday and Friday, 7:00-7:15 AM and Wednesday, 5:30PM- 6:30PM. This is a great way to stay connected and support colleagues during this time of turmoil.

Time: 5:30 PM- 6:30PM Vancouver

Sessions will consist of:

  • Group Mindfulness Practice (15-25 minutes)
  • Exploring various exercises to build psychological capital & inner resilience
  • Opportunities for small group dialogue and reciprocal support
